      Good benefits, Inclusive environment, excellent reimbursement program, flexible scheduling of appointments, good support staff

      Inconvénients

      Not loyal to long-time employees. limited recognition. puts speed over quality of work product. They don't recognize when employees go above the base job description.

      Avantages

      Great communication, flexible schedule, good co-workers and management. This is the only AMC I know of that treats their employees with respect. Hours are completely flexible as long as minimum requirements are met. Reasonable minimum requirements. We get a pension and full benefits.

      Inconvénients

      None really to speak of.
