      Avantages

      There are good students to work with and a pretty relaxed team of other tutors to help with math. There are lots of tutors with varying levels of math experience that can answer questions you may not know.

      Inconvénients

      Obviously you need to be okay with working with students who may be unwilling to actually learn, but are looking to get answers from tutors. But the majority of the students are quite good to work with.

      Avantages

      Due to addition of so many high school students, you are a babysitter. New Leadetship level tolerates any excuse. They don't back their staff at all.

      Inconvénients

      Several new leaders to the school hired have no spine. They do not consider facts and support staff. If new hiring supervisor then avoid like the plague
