Server side work not enforced and placed onto host responsibilities. Can't clock in a single second before the shift starts.

Avantages

fun interactions with people and coworkers sometimes, serving is a job that has helped maintain bills

Inconvénients

managers who rely on shift leads instead of themselves being treated poorly by customers and not getting any support constantly out of something our sams barely work overload us with tables then expect perfect surveys from customers
