Avantages
There is very little to respect about the management culture. Leadership appears toxic, reactive, and poorly equipped to build trust, retain strong talent, or create an environment where people can do meaningful work.
Inconvénients
This is the kind of organization where design maturity never had a real chance to grow. The culture feels stagnant, hiring appears driven more by familiarity than excellence, and too many people seem comfortable protecting long-held positions instead of building stronger products, better teams, and meaningful progress.
