      Avantages

      -Young work environment -Upper management is very open to talk -Great workspaces with dual monitors and desks raise so you can stand and work at the same time -Massages every month, lunch once or twice a week as well as breakfast -As an intern, I could work on real projects

      Inconvénients

      -The internship program, at least when I worked, wasn't incredibly well developed and so there were times where I didn't really have anything to do

      Avantages

      Good pay, good benefits, free lunches, free access to the gym, yoga classes, massages on some Thursdays, nice coworkers, and generally a good place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Was doing fine until management of Production Control was handed over to a guy who was already overworked. He didn't have time to do some of his duties like training new people. He favored a "learn on the go" training strategy which translates to "You won't get any training." You're expected to teach yourself and still do your job at maximum efficiency at the same time without formal instruction.
