Access to international companies for work experience

Staff in the Harlow branch are consistently off hand and rude, they lack basic communication skills and professionalism. They do not advocate for their workers, in my place of work the pay was not renegotiated for 6 years and when it was eventually looked in to it was a request from the agency workers contacting the company they were assigned to directly. Further to this I have not once seen them check the working conditions of the people assigned to said company. They are unaware of the actual job roles they are advertising, consistently posting the wrong job specification and thus sending undesirable candidates. When requests are made to them they will give a non committal answer and then proceed to do nothing, even when the task has real impact on their workers lives. They are lazy in their approach to everything that employees regularly question why they are able to take such a huge cut out of the pay and I have actively seen companies change their agency policies to avoid having to directly contact and ultimately do business with them. They have not once reviewed my CV, helped me look for work besides the initial placement or offered any career advice at all.
