And I've absolutely loved my time doing so. When evaluating employment opportunities, some of the most important factors for me are the people, product, culture, and career development - and Recast supports all of this. I've always had the tools, systems, and resources necessary to execute at a high-level, and Recast is a fun, fast, and scaling company to be part of. Recast feels like a family, and I have loved my time working here. 10/10 recommend.
Inconvénients
There are no real cons I can think of... as long as you're open to change and a fast-paced environment, Recast is a great place to be and the future is very exciting.
