Senior Management lacks clear direction, professional and leadership skills. Decisions often seemed reactive than strategic. Minimal encouragement for open communication within teams/across departments created silos and confusion. Little to no accountability. Sudden layoffs were communicated with little transparency or empathy, which left remaining employees undervalued and insecure.
