      Avantages

      Working on multiple and diverse projects including company valuations, turnarounds, restructuring, implementation through interim management. Small team that feels like a family - the typical consulting camaraderie environment. Very dynamic and challenging assignments.

      Inconvénients

      Working very long hours (longer than investment banking). Although colleagues were great and well-seasoned professionals, the owner, who was president and CEO of the company was micromanaging and very difficult to deal with. You need to have a certain type of personality.

      Avantages

      Great staff members who really work as a team and are there for each other creating a family like feeling. Fast paced work environment with lots of multitasking and out of the box thinking. Unique opportunity to work and gain hands on experience in a variety of various industries, and learn about companies and their different business models. Great salaries and benefits. Company pays 100% of medical insurance, and employees receive their birthday off, as well as birthday/work anniversary dinners. If the Company has a good year, bonuses are generous.

      Inconvénients

      Can be a stressful environment with long hours and weekend work, especially if there are multiple engagements at the same time.
