The work atmosphere is relaxed and the company has a great work life balance. The people at RWW are the strength of the company because they make it engaging to be at work. Inconvénients
Pay is not ideal. The Australian branch of the company (bidenergy) is slow to integrate it's product into the US which dilutes the growth opportunity of the company.
