      Avantages

      Good Pay for an intern. Office culture was lazy and very interested in getting drunk. Not great for a career but fun for an intern that was going to be doing that back on campus anyway

      Inconvénients

      Poor management. Tedious data entry type responsibilities for an engineer. Definite possibilities of the company going out of business all the time. Management is constantly leaking to the employees how the company was bleeding money and the vision for growth was half baked.

      Avantages

      The work atmosphere is relaxed and the company has a great work life balance. The people at RWW are the strength of the company because they make it engaging to be at work. Leadership looks for people who will be a great fit in the office rather than over-focusing on the technical side which ensures the team stays loose and fun.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not ideal. The Australian branch of the company (bidenergy) is slow to integrate it's product into the US which dilutes the growth opportunity of the company.
