Avantages

working at RealSupport, you are going to get a lot of really valuable experience. in the Account Manager Role, you are given a lot of responsibility and you are going to learn quickly to think on your feet and think outside of the box. This is a great role for someone just trying to get into the marketing world, you are going to learn a lot about managing expectations, managing your time and managing your team. There is a very talented team over here, so not all of the creative responsibility falls on you. There are also flex hours and and casual dress code. The working environment is collaborative and positive!

Inconvénients

This job can be stressful and if you are not doing your work it will not go unnoticed. I would say that it is a must to be a versatile worker as you may have to wear many hats.

Avantages

This is a great place to work if you are a recent graduate looking for solid marketing experience. You will learn a lot and be given a lot of responsibilities that will help you grow your resume in the long run. Co-workers are incredibly friendly and helpful (at least when I was there this was true) and there was a team-oriented environment driven by the small company feel within Realsupport.

Inconvénients

Pay is extremely low. Depends on role of course but starting out, you likely won't be making more than $12-$15 hourly. That's barely livable even for a recent graduate with no major responsibilities yet. The turnover is high because people naturally grow out of their roles, seek growth and eventually want to earn more money.
