      i've never been at an organization that has so many people of different backgrounds who truly care about one another

      Inconvénients

      hard to connect people in the warehouse and the office but when they do it goes well

      Avantages

      The team at Real Thread knows how to have fun while getting work done. The leadership team does everything that they can to keep the team motivated and show them that they're cared for. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone considered for an open position.

      Inconvénients

      As all businesses, it's not perfect. The leadership team doesn't always hit the mark that they're aiming for but it seems like they try to learn from their mistakes.

      Unlimited PTO, casual workwear, free lunch once a month

      Inconvénients

      Conservative values pushed heavily on staff, they held a Bible study during working hours, it was just weird.
