I've had agencies want full breakdowns of my role, or have biweekly calls wanting updates on the project, or asking for weekly status reports. RSI just let me do my job. - Able to take days off without any gaslighting or shade about hurting the client. - Very fair rates. I got a great deal on compensation for the contract.

- Onboarding tools are a bit dated. Legitimately was curious if there was some deep scam until I got my laptop from the client because I wasn't sure any company still operated on filling out a PDF for documents.
