      Inconvénients

      This is a racist company. The Integration team acts all nice they are really mean and racist. Beware of their smiles, they are not genuine. Management encourage team members not to help each other but report and gossip about each other. The management does not care, they are only after the money they make from their vendors. They take lots of projects from vendors and expect the staffs to deliver within an abnormally short period of time.

      Avantages

      Ready Computing aspires to do great work and be a great place to work. It does both with integrity and self-awareness. The leadership at Ready knows where their strengths lie and doesn't try to be the "everything to everybody" type technology company (even when they probably can). They are supportive of their employees and create a challenging yet welcoming professional environment.

      Inconvénients

      Every company has some issues, but Ready Computing has no significant cons worth mentioning.
