      - All the staff are friendly and approachable, from the top of the chain to the bottom. - Working in the charity sector gives you a sense of purpose to your role other than your own income, knowing you have supported people less fortunate around the world after a hard days work feels wonderful. - Flexibility and Remote working

      Inconvénients

      - As the company does not have a lot of staff, room for progression is minimal. - If you have a suggestion for the seniors or board, it will get brushed under the carpet.

      Everyone is very friendly especially the CEO. Donor care officer is a great role as your on a zero hour contract you can choose hours

      Inconvénients

      Other than doing repetitive tasks. No other downsides. If your looking to grow within the company, Other than accounting or marketing there is not really room for growth if you have a good stem degree.
