      Young workplace culture is fantastic for graduates. Challenging work unlike anything else in industry. Strong R&D department

      Avantages

      Great culture and team. Everyone is enthusiastic to work on cutting edge robotics and work through challenging problems.

      Inconvénients

      (At time of review) the company is going through a turbulent period due to changes in management structure. The executive team from Reach's parent company (General Ocean) has failed to produce/communiate a long term business strategy. This has left the remaining managment in the Sydney office in a hard position to take action.
