Employees are encouraged to be their authentic selves and share ideas freely and respectfully. Amazing teams that collaborate well cross-functionally. Leadership all the way up to the C level is highly engaged, supportive, and extremely experienced. Best move I've made in a long time!

      Inconvénients

      The company is at a stage growth and expansion, and the current hiring environment in industry means it sometimes takes a bit longer than desired to hire the right people for critical roles.

      Avantages

      The company is focused on rare diseases with high unmet team. The teams are small but driven, passionate about their work and the programs they are progressing. With a strong patient focus and collaborative culture, people are able to have a large span to operate within. ReCode is a small startup, so the teams are small and nimble, thus allowing for a lot of opportunity for individual growth and development.

      Inconvénients

      Because ReCode is a small startup in the genetic medicine space, the risk is quite high. Coupled with a difficult funding environment, this is probably not the place for employee with low risk tolerance with respect to company stability.
