      Avantages

      From the start of employment with RDL they were very good at communicating. Easy recruitment process. I started the job within 2 weeks of applying. I cannot comment on the job itself because I was contracted to another company via RDL.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. No appraisal after 6 months for a pay rise. No bonuses. I worked in a full time, skilled position for slightly above minimum wage.

      Company is ok to work for. They are minimal hassle but no real benefits.

      Inconvénients

      No real career development. However, they are bound by what the client company will pay - so not their fault.
