My Experience at RDE - Avis employé Project Management Officer (PMO) Rde System Support Group

I really felt like a part of a closely-knit family during my time at RDE systems. The company is growing, adapting, and evolving. The most outstanding feature of RDE for me is the flexibility they provide their employees so that their employees can find the best version of themselves and flourish.

RDE has always been a small group of fantastic IT people and they're efficiently expanding but you'll sort of miss the little benefits that big corporations provide. That's the only minus pointer I can give to RDE.

Intelligent and friendly coworkers. Company culture is very casual. Moving up the ladder is very possible and you can find yourself taking on roles from all parts the entire software development lifecycle.

Lots of micromanagement going on. Everyone is overburdened with work. Company structure basically makes it so that approval on major decisions go through one or two persons, and if they're always busy you'll find yourself waiting for a response for days. Company is poor at scaling due to the small company culture, so don't be surprised at the amount of work you end up with on your plate. You'll be expected to put in overtime, it's a core measure used in performance reviews. Toxic "family" culture is used to make sure you stay in line with that is being asked of you to do.
