Avantages

- Great, young, and talented team - Their model of having specialists in each verticals makes a lot of sense - L&D is very good

Inconvénients

- They’ve had several changes in leadership and the company is significantly different from what it used to be. Not bad, just different. - Their contract/perm setup is poor. They don’t allow perm team to work on contract, or vice versa. Doesn’t incentivize you to bring in new roles that are outside of your area. When contracts come in because the industry dictates it, the contract team makes money and nobody else does. Makes no sense. - Salary raises are few and far between and they force you into management or give you unrealistic targets if you determine management is not for you

There are some wonderful people in the US office

Management does not know what they are doing. Tough to have a company overseen by a tyrant that is condescending and only values you if you are of use to him. Some managers don't lead by example in any way shape or form. Just because they pop in a few deals a year doesn't mean they should be able to switch off or bark orders when they are not doing anything. KPIs are transparent, if an underling is clocking in 3 times the work of their manager then that is an issue. Why is the business uplifting managers that are letting their team sink rather than swim. Encouraging employees to stay in the office until all hours of the evening if they are struggling is not going to breed success but rather lead to burnout. Sit down and actually encourage and understand what pain points they are struggling with. DO NOT give them a roadmap of improvement timeline or else they are fired. No one works best with unemployment looming over their heads.
