Avantages
The pay is decent for those who are given an opportunity for advancement.
Inconvénients
They have a click there. If you don't click then you are ignored and not given chances. Seniority doesn't mean anything. Insurance is high, partly because they hire people who have just had heart by-pass and kidney transplants. We have been told it is because RBB is an unhealthy lot. I wonder why? Mandatory OT without too much notice. Those with children that have to make prior arrangements to do the OT are penalized for attendance. Oh and they don't have an attendance policy. Whatever they want to use as a source of harassment is used. Layoffs one week, OT the next week makes me think poor planning. The movies that they use for training on first hiring, are old and out dated. ie; learning about a Sequencer. Reviews can be done by anyone in the office that have no idea who or what you do, and RBB stands by what they say. On any given day, you can see a Trainer sneaking behind the Supervisor and kissing her neck. This has not been fixed even though I told HR that sexual harassment was taking place in the work place.
