AST has great relationships with its customers. Work is challenging, interesting, and purposeful. Colleagues are generally smart and capable. Good flexibility in terms of shifting schedules and / or working from home. Management seems to genuinely care about employees.
Inconvénients
As with many government contractors, things sometimes move slowly.
