      - Lot of process improvement projects, hence good scope for learning. - work pressure is low to medium. - scope of learning new tech skills/software languages under the tech lead - Mentor was available to listen to interns and help us personally with doubts

      Inconvénients

      - Not much incentive from management to actually implement the process improvement projects. - lack of coordination between cross-functional teams.
