Like any fast-growing company, Rational 360 is navigating some growing pains. I believe senior leadership is aware of these challenges and is working to address them, but acknowledgement and communication from senior management on these issues would be appreciated.
While there is a promotion timeline in place for junior staff, it can sometimes feel arbitrary. Junior employees are often told they’re ineligible for promotion solely due to the amount of time spent in their current role, even when their performance is consistently strong. All staff should be evaluated based on merit, not just tenure. While management has made some exceptions for standout employees, the standard should be that everyone is assessed on their individual performance, not a fixed timeline.
