Avantages
This Organization is absolutely terrible. Owners are terrorizing employees. They lure you to join with higher pay scale but once you join, you are gone, they never pay you the committed CTC, randomly deduct salaries, travelling for business is a nightmare because of limited eligibility even for senior management staff. Owner /CEO has created an atmosphere of hatred and fear. Employee Turn Over is exceptionally high. Joining this Organization is like committing suicide.
Inconvénients
If any one is jobless and gets offer from this organization to join, having no other option then only think of joining. Never ever leave your job to join this organization for better CTC and career growth. Typical Lala type company and horrible environment. It is better to take feedback from the present employees those who are continuing under severe mental stress not having any opportunity to leave, before you take a decision to join. Owner randomly sacking employees and never pay their dues. I have not seen anyone during my stay who is not cursing the owner and seriously contemplating to leave as soon as the opportunity knocks their door.
