      Working with smart people. You learn a lot and you can see how your skills increase a lot in a small period.

      Sometimes it could be a little disorganized, organization scheme can change very fast, also you have to delivery very fast and this could be hard for some people

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
