Inconvénients
* Not a clear recruitment process. Likewise, the initial salary evaluation is a little too subjective and, usually, wrong. Its not nice to know that somebody that everyone knows its not as good as you, have a way better salary than you. * Most of PMs are not qualified, specially due to the fact that most of them doesn't have a background in tech. Or are assuming too many responsibilities/developers for them. * QA process should be automatized. * DevOps should improve. A LOT. And stop doing in-production tests. * Is really hard to make yourself notice, even more to get a raise. It shouldn't. * Old members and techniques gets all the recognition and support. Not specially open for new and fresh ideas. * Not a nice work / life balance. * There are not enough bathrooms in the Bogotá Office and the wifi could be better.
