      Avantages

      The culture is great for the most part. The employees are smart, competent and fun.

      Inconvénients

      The health insurance is awful/almost non-existant. The management can't seem to stick with a business model. They have a critical flaw in their technology that the employees keep bringing up, and management keeps ignoring.

      small company but would get more exposure than working in a large firm
