      Avantages

      Leadership treats you like people and the staff are nice. You were paid based on the work that you do. The benefits were good and management is willing to listen to feedback. Everyone was happy to help you and teach you.

      Inconvénients

      It can get hectic during the deadlines for the tax season, but it is par for the course for any tax office.
