      Avantages

      A full 40 hour week and plenty of opportunites for extra money through overtime. Health benefits provided are reasonable.

      Inconvénients

      Company culture dictates that senior employees have all the say on who works there and who is terminated regardless of performance. Extremely hostile work environment among employees. Unreliable feedback in terms of performance.

      Different shift options, overtime availability, work from home options, growth opportunities, good staff/supervisors
