      Some of the smartest people I have ever worked for. Remote-first mindset is great.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO is a complete micromanager down to the lowest level. He also triangulates instead of communicating directly.

      Avantages

      Excellent services, very high-quality planning experts. Best enterprise architecture team I have ever worked with and I have worked with several over the years. They have high standards and outstanding team members.

      Inconvénients

      If you want to join this team, bring your A-game. Not really a con per se but this team demands your best. If you are looking for an easy gig, this isn't it. This team is high performers doing outstanding work. This is hard work. Some folks can't make the grade. Lazy, unserious people need not apply.
