Avantages
The work hours are good and flexible- you can choose your own time. It was nice to be out of work by 5 PM. Yearly bonuses. That’s about it.
Inconvénients
The worst representation of a corporate company. Terrible, toxic work environment with the ever increasing work load with nothing in return, no respect of people’s time, horrible work/life balance, unrealistic expectations, terrible management with no respect towards their employees. There is little to no training at all, constant movement and changes, no set processes, tons of gossip, a constant revolving door of people leaving (both from people wanting to get the hell out and quitting to regain their own sanity as well as people getting fired). When your coworkers quit (& this will happen often) you will be responsible to take over their job as well for months without being compensated or even acknowledged/appreciated. Managers play favoritism, everything is dumped or handed off to someone else to do someone else’s job. Tons of gossip and drama especially between departments. If you’re in sales you’ll spend most of your time doing production work and writing “hand offs” which are a huge waste of time. Management is so stuck in their ways - wake up and be open to change as there are other more time efficient ways to do things. Management needs to wake up and realize why their company is a huge revolving door & make changes to end this vicious cycle and better the company.
