      Lots of events and parties in the company

      Inconvénients

      Draconian HR policies. Advised to work from 8 to 7 in order to retain job. HR will watch work hours down to the second.....if you come in 5 minutes late it leads to a review meeting. Uncomfortable working environment as a whole.

      Avantages

      Really enjoy working within my team. Lots of challenges to solve but great work life balance and genuine people.

      Inconvénients

      There is no cross coordination between business units resulting in constant internal failures Sales has unfortunately earned a negative reputation. They do not work well with others. Would like to see employees show more respect for their colleagues and how every business unit works together to meet our goals.
