      Pay is very low, and they don’t really appreciate this position. Nurses belittle you and treat you poorly with no repercussions.

      Avantages

      This is a great place to start off as an RN. Not too busy but it can be. Not too high acuity patients, but sometimes. It is a nice balance to get your feet wet or if you prefer lower acuity and pace, this is the place for you!

      Smaller hospital, see less variety of illnesses/injuries
