Unequal opportunities & development , promotions often only available or handed to those who “click” with management. Underperforming employees who again “click” with management receive the same if not more recognition and praise than those overperforming & exceeding targets. Unequal pay – neither based on a tiered system or experience Excess management structure – unnecessary promotions, expenses and costs. Lack of support and leadership from select managers. Employees pushed into managerial roles with zero experience and unable provide support or guidance to teams. Workload unevenly distributed and select employees clearly severely overworked with zero credit. Unprofessional SLT members, confidential matters soon become gossip amongst the wider office.
