Avantages
There are nice people working there as it is a large company so had to be some good apples. And I did get paid. Since large, companies they work with may take the whole dept out for a holiday lunch.
Inconvénients
Many. Tasks divided up into too few so that you do the same three things all day. In very beginning they had me doing the same letter all day long for days. You start to question a reason to live. Then they can treat you terribly if you advise you cannot be near any cigarette smoke or perfume emanating from a person that is tasked with training you. It is a bonifide health risk to breathe near anyway giving off third hand smoke and perfume carcinogens. After reporting to HR I was retaliated by an attempt at trying to humiliate me claiming there an odor by my desk and suggesting if I need to improve my hygiene. Uh no. But yes I could throw my cafeteria lunch remnants in the kitchen room trash instead of my desk pail. There was also bad seating position they gave me initially and also a false accusation involving a young PT worker. All in all this place belittled me before realizing, and I'm quoting, that I'm the best policy checker they ever had. I brought to attn of mgmt tons of policy errors. The dept was also months behind on work and employees were not well trained or knowledgeable in insurance, hence all the errors I had to correct. Too many people in a dept with only one manager.
