Avantages
Rambus is going through a transformation; from a traditional IP & Semi-Conductor licensing company to a branded products company. This transformation is creating many great opportunities in the Big Data and Data Security space. The senior leaders seem to understand this transition and are willing to invest in these areas. With hard work, you can carve out a long, successful career here at Rambus. The benefits are world class as well as the work/life balance.
Inconvénients
Because we have grown through acquisition, we are experiencing some gaps with culture. I believe if Rambus can address these sub-cultures and inspire and draw everyone under one umbrella, we will be successful.
