Avantages
-Larger corporate company culture and policies are great. -On paper, I believe in the intentions of the work they do to make communities/the world a better place. Many people are happy here. -Good pay -Generous PTO policy
Inconvénients
-Your experience (like most jobs) entirely hinges on your team culture. Many people are on great teams and are fine here. Managers and senior leadership say that they support professional growth and work-life balance, but that was absolutely not my experience. It was obvious that my manager did not fight for me or my teammates. I admit that other people in the company have had better managers and an overall better job satisfaction--but I can only speak from my own experience. -Beware of a lot of promise up front with little follow through. -Annual bonuses were disappointingly low. -I had a lot of interactions with people on other teams due to the nature of my role on project work, but many lower-level teammates have expressed feeling siloed from the rest of the larger company. -The company seems to go out of its way to protect management and higher level staff, while lower level employees feel disposable.
