The hours are flexible. You just tell the office your availability for the month and they will do the work of pairing you with someone that needs your help.

The Ralston client you'll serve will make the most of the time they have with you and will want to cram a lot of work in a small time frame. There is not as much freedom to the worker because if a client likes your services, they would have to tell the office and you can't exchange your own contact information to the clients.
