Avantages

The only good thing about this company was my store staff

Inconvénients

Super micromanaged. Cannot be a leader. Need permission to hire or terminate regardless of the reason. The company does not care for their employees who keep the company going. They treat every as disposable even after years of loyalty. Corporate has people who just watch you on cameras all day and will call you or email if they see something as minor as the wrong shirt on an employee. Store managers are required to watch cameras and staff and report on at least 5 findings weekly. Then the DM and Corporate do their camera reviews as well. No work life balance. They own you now.

Fun people, good hours for highschoolers, customers are nice

Inconvénients

All of the things are very subjective to store/region. other stores in my district hate their coworkers, talk down on one another, and cant take the blame for something they did. Often our other stores in our district are nitpicking each other over the small things. Our district manager isn't understanding and my former boss just left and they were blamed for a lot of things that were basically out of their control. they used to give bonuses, have no dress code, but now there is no reward for sales goals, only a competition with other stores or last year's numbers. its exhausting to do all of this while talking to customers, shipment, orders, pulling out back stock every day.
