-Management is chaotic and mediocre at best, they play favorites, offer no support, and hardly ever give recognition for hard work. -Way too much work for one person. And when other employees complain about too much work, if they are deemed more important than you, you get their work given to you. -You are never told a plan of what’s going on. Someone called out? What should you do? Who knows! Supervisor and manger are never around. -PAY. If I knew I was going to become a thankless workhorse, I would have at least asked for a dollar extra.
