      - Decent salary - Some (very little) stock options and equity - Nothing much more.

      Inconvénients

      - Extreme, extreme, extreme bureaucracy - US Team makes no decisions, whatsoever. Goes through bureaucratic process that takes months - Only people from India can thrive. If you are not from India, they get rid of you. Racism.

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
