Avantages
If you're in management, you can take credit for other people's work. If you're not in management, no one really cares what you do anyway or they don't have a clue. If you want to join the company, best to work at the subsidiaries; at least they seem to know what they are doing and the culture is a lot healthier.
Inconvénients
Seriously, avoid this place unless you don't care about making any difference. Huge turnover at all levels. Management don't seem to care either and hr has zero people skills and are just paper pushers.
