Yes, we had let you go because of your idealogy towards work ethic, NO professional would think his/her TIME, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, ENERGY, EFFORTS are being WASTED instead they will figure out how best they can contribute and learn towards their GROWTH, which you have never done during your tenure with RAKS GROUP. We expect our senior resource to follow the guidelines provided by the company and respect his colleagues. We would advise you to be loyal and improve your work ethic wherever you work in the future. Our culture is great! Our culture defines us and guides us. As we say 'Culture, the People, then Revenue". I also have a ton of respect for our leaders: executives and managers.
