      Avantages

      Nothing, just runfrom it, if you ever get to interview and are offered a job.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits, no rrsp match, no medical, no vacation. No process, outdated. You will not learn anything, and you can't learn from Anyone. Also favouritism is played out loud.the management only sees people as labour not as talent.
