Good salary but toxic environment and high turnover - Avis employé Experiences of Others Rajasekaran Associates

1)Good salary is insufficient if you are looking for high exposure, trial experience, structured mentorship because they dont have any of this. 2)Every person in the firm will say one thing and another and no one matches with their words. In a year, almost 4 person for the same position has left. High Turnover Rate for a reason. They are never satisfied with anything you do and will always have some thing to say hence explains the turnover rate. 3)Expect calls and text at 10PM and weekend even though it is not important and can be discussed during working hours. The people in the firm feels "hardworking" when such calls and text is made which does not make any sense. 4)BULLYING will be a must especially from the lawyers who should be guiding you 5)If you are inexperience and still in learning process , this is not your place to go as they will expect you to know everything and leave all the work to you to handle. You cannot ask them how to do it and you will treated and made feel small about it if you do ask them 6)DO NOT apply here .
