      People, people, people. This company is/was built on its people and the atmosphere they created. Without them, it’s just another generic software house.

      Quite random people assignment to project and not so good project management

      Avantages

      - They’re throwing you at the deep end, but you are not alone there. Even if you made something wrong - you are just learning from your mistakes. - Here they are striving for a better future and invest in impact projects and people. - The Nicest atmosphere and the greatest people I ever met.

      Inconvénients

      - Ragnarson culture is declining and this is not the Ragnarson that it was. - People with more experience do not get involved in new ideas - It’s like they just don’t care. - More talking than action - when there is talk, it dries quickly, and we just stop talking about it.
