Avantages
There's a good sense of hiring here and the executors on the ground, up to middle management are phenomenal and friendly and become incredible relationships. The companies acquired were well scouted and natural fits. The additional cofounders are quite remarkable.
Inconvénients
The pureplay aspect of pairing to a singular platform has put a bit of hurt onto the this agency and when sales takes a down turn, sales pipeline & staffing takes the hit. There didn't seem to be enough time spent on bringing the 3 companies together to identify & implement operational efficiencies and restructuring before the sale to IPG. This company does pay at the mid-low end of the market, as they operate outside of the NYC bubble. Good for those in lower cost of living areas. Difficult for those living in major cities.
