- colleagues are quite friendly and helpful - many courses to attend
Inconvénients
- salary is relatively low as compared to other companies (same position) - even though healthcare sector, not much healthcare benefits apart from discounted gp visits and meds - not sure if even got insurance for employees - lack of staff due to many resigning = great workload - you need to do things way beyond your jobscope (e.g. enrolled nurse needs to do petty cash claims and rostering too) - sometimes need to go different clinics at different location to help (due to lack of staff) - hr dept sucks. The ones I encountered are unfriendly and unhelpful. Basically, once you are hired, the wont care about you anymore. - some people worked in this company for a long time but their positions are still low despite working hard - no matter how good you are, once you get a complaint , the boss dont really fact check what actually happened and the impression just sticks for the rest of your career. Bad impression = constant nagging and slow career progression - management cared more about how to save cost than the well-being of employees
